Reverse Logistics Clerk

Role Description

Location: Midrand, Gauteng, South Africa

Full-time and Office based

Reporting Line: Warranty Manager

Job Purpose

The purpose of a Reverse Logistics Clerk is to coordinate and process warranty returns. They will log collections, book in with the various ASP’s, log collections from ASP’s, and log returns to the customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage courier collection and returns 
  • Coordinate and process Warranty returns
  • Receive, inspect, and process returned products 
  • Manage and book in on ERP and Ticketing system
  • Manage and book in with various ASP’s.
  • Update inventory records, ERP, Ticketing and ASP Portals
  • Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
  • Comply with company policies and industry regulations
  • Maintain SLAs
  • Stock Management
  • Documentation Management

Requirements

Experience and Knowledge:

  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years in a similar position 
  • Experience working with large volumes of administration
  • Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with other team members
  • Intermediate computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint 
  • Experience working in a customer services environment will be an advantage

  • Matric 
  • Able to work in a well-organized, efficient, and meticulous manner
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent business communication skills, writing skills, and people skills are required.
