Role Description
Location: Durban, Kwazulu Natal, South Africa
Full-time and Office based
Reporting Line: Logistics Supervisor
Job Purpose
The purpose of a Reverse Logistics Clerk is to coordinate and process warranty returns. They will log collections, book in with the various ASP’s, log collections from ASP’s, and log returns to the customers.
Recruitment Specialist
- Control and receipt of cash and credit/debit card transactions from customers
- Assisting with daily Recon of cash float
- Assisting with daily control of Electronic Fund Transfers
- Provide an excellent customer service
- Handling Customer Collections for Cash and Account Customers
- Filing and scanning of customers' invoices
- Ensuring POD capturing of all invoices is up to date
- Ensuring accuracy whilst dispatching stock
Experience and Knowledge:
- One year’s relevant work experience in a customer-facing environment
- One year’s relevant work experience in handling cash
- Administration experience will be an advantage
Skills and Education:
- Matric
- Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
- Able to complete basic calculations (ability to work with numbers)
- Organized individual who is deadline-driven with good time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Developed customer service skills
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work in a pressured environment
- Interested in IT products and technology
- Confident, self-motivated, and display a high level of energy
- Customer service orientated
- Strong verbal and written business communication skills
- Enjoy collaboration and able to work as part of a team
