TP-Link Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

1. Only sales invoiced in the incentive period (4% on rebates for the month of March and thereafter to fall into tiers until further notice), as advertised, will qualify for the incentive.
2. Only products/brands advertised will qualify for the incentive.
3. Sales credited during or after the incentive period will not be considered for the incentive rebate.
4. The incentive will be paid out within 30 days after each month’s end sell outs reports.
5. Pinnacle has the right to withhold or withdraw or modify or suspend or terminate any incentive program at any time without notice.
6. Pinnacle reserves the right to make adjustments to the incentive program based on market conditions, product availability, or strategic business decision. Any changes will be duly communicated to all participants.
7. Pinnacle is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the modification, suspension, or termination of any sales incentive program.
8. Disputes must be directed to the Pinnacle TP Brand Manager.
9. Valid for Channel Partners Only. All other Partners/ Customers, including but not limited to, Retail, E-commerce, and Sub-D’s will be excluded from incentive participation.
10. We reserve the right to use this rebate to settle accounts in arrears.
11. The rebate can only be earned if their account is paid in full.
