TP-Link Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

1. Only sales invoiced in the incentive period (4% on rebates for the month of March and thereafter to fall into tiers until further notice), as advertised, will qualify for rebates.
2. Only products/brands advertised will qualify for rebates.
3. Sales credited during or after the incentive period will not be considered for rebates.
4. The rebate will be paid out within 30 days after each month’s sell outs reports have been verified and completed.
5. Pinnacle has the right to withhold, withdraw, modify, suspend or terminate this incentive program at any time without notice.
6. Pinnacle reserves the right to make adjustments to the incentive program based on market conditions, product availability or strategic business decision. Any changes will be duly communicated to all participants.
7. Pinnacle is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the modification, suspension or termination of this incentive program.
8. Disputes must be directed to the Pinnacle TP-Link Brand Manager. ([email protected])
9. Valid for Pinnacle Channel Resellers Only. All other Resellers, including but not limited to, Retail, E-commerce, and Sub-D’s will be excluded from this incentive participation.
10. We reserve the right to use this rebate to settle accounts in arrears.
11. The rebate can only be earned if the Reseller’s account is paid in full.
