Take advantage of simple and intuitive management with RUCKUS Cloud
With the eruption of devices, users and applications, managing your network has become increasingly challenging. Whether you should move your organisation over to the cloud is no longer a question, but rather a matter of managing the complexity thereof. With CommScope RUCKUS® Cloud being an AI-enabled network management-as-a-service platform, you can now deliver exceptional customer experiences by simplifying the management of wired and wireless networks, giving you the best of both worlds. By utilising an AI-powered management tool, users will maximise efficiency, compliance, and security - as AI networks are specifically designed with troubleshooting tools that register and respond to service-affecting issues within a few seconds.

“Not only will RUCKUS Cloud register critical issues, but the platform will also classify your issues based on the severity, allowing your IT team to designate their focus in the areas most needed through a single pane management application. “– Eugene Botes, Brand Manager at Datanet. Whether managing 10 sites or 10 000 sites, the native mobile application allows users to provision, monitor, and manage their entire network at any given time, regardless of where they are.
When looking for the perfect cloud network management platform, users are drawn in by four basic advantages – simplicity, assurance, performance, and price. RUCKUS Cloud requires no specialised knowledge or cheat sheets to get you up and running, resulting in your admin time being reduced by up to one-third. Through AI and ML (Machine Learning) driven assurance, IT can reduce network downtime incidents, lowering both operational and helpdesk-related expenses whilst delivering twice the performance at an up to 30% lower total cost of ownership. Users receive a full-scope platform without having to break the bank.
Concept Luna
Joining Pinnacle at their Techscape 2022 event in the Drakensberg this past February, Chris Buchanan (Director for Client Solutions in Russia and Africa at Dell Technologies), provided guests with an overview on their innovative project which forms part of Dell Technologies 2030 Moonshot Goals to advance sustainability and drive the circular economy – Concept Luna.
“Concept Luna is a challenge our engineering team embraced by asking “what if” questions to assess our product design in different ways. It has allowed us to test new ways of reducing, reusing, recreating, and ultimately push the boundaries of sustainable PC design. Some of the innovations introduced include using Hydro based Aluminium, introducing recycled plastic polymers and bioplastics into our casings, as well as using 100% recycled pulp in our packaging. We have already exceeded our 2030 goal eight years ahead of plan with the launch of the new Latitude notebook which has 100% recyclable packaging.”
When it comes to Wi-Fi access points, RUCKUS Cloud supports a broad range of Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) and Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) indoor, outdoor, and specialty Wi-Fi access points (APs) as well as ICX switches to meet the most demanding network requirements with ease, even outperforming others in an independently-validated Wi-Fi stress test.
