Cart and Payment Frequently Asked Questions
Checkout
In order to checkout, you will need to have products in your cart. In order to add a product to your cart, you can simply click on the large red “Add to Cart” button on each product description page. In doing so, you will notice that the cart icon in the top navigation bar will update with a number indicating how many items are available in your cart.
If you require to checkout your cart, you can simply click on the cart icon on the top navigation bar and a dialogue box will appear with your cart summary and an option to “Secure Checkout” or “View and Edit Cart”. Select the option that you would like to continue with.
To continue to “Secure Checkout”, you will need to select a shipping method option. If you select to use our Door to Door services you can continue with the checkout, but if you select to use our “Click and Collect” option, please select the store for collection to continue.
Requesting a Quote
If you would like an official quotation from Pinnacle regarding an order, you can simply click on the “Request a Quote” button in the Shopping Cart page.
You will be presented by a dialogue box that will allow you to enter a comment, a quotation reference and an attachment if needed. By clicking on the “Send Request” button, you will be redirected to your “My Quotes” page, whereby you will have added the items in your shopping cart into a quotation.
You can now export and use as a traditional quotation.
Shipping
Pinnacle currently has two methods of shipping available. You have the choice of either “Delivery - 24 – 48 Hours Shipping” which will incur a R100 fee with our courier services for order totals less than R1000 (you get FREE shipping for order totals* larger than R 1000), or you could “Click and Collect”, to which you can collect from our Midrand based branch with the available stock.
*Free shipping only applies to physical stock and not virtual stock (Electronic Software Distribution). Even if your combined total is more than R1000 including ESD, there will be a (R100) fee for physical stock that does not total over R1000.
